How long does a custom pet portrait take to make?
Every piece is made to order in Maine, typically within 3–5 business days after you approve your free digital proof.
Will my steel keepsake rust or fade outdoors?
No. We use rust-free premium steel with a protective finish, so it holds up outdoors year-round without rusting or fading.
Can you make a fingerprint keepsake from an ink or digital print?
Yes. Send us a clear ink print or digital scan of the fingerprint and we'll engrave it precisely, down to the ridge detail.
Do I get to see a proof before it's engraved?
Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof for your approval before we begin engraving anything.
Do you still sell bottle openers?
No, we discontinued bottle openers permanently to focus on our portrait and memorial collection.
